In the UK, Carey is an active member of GTMC – The Guild of Travel Management Companies. Membership to this organisation allows us to understand the trends of the Travel Industry through working parties and networking events, as well as being able to provide a voice to the membership on specific trends in Ground transportation. Many of the GTMC membership are existing clients of Carey.

Carey also plays an active role within ITM – Institute of Travel & Meetings. Membership of the ITM allows Carey to understand first hand the way relationships develop and the changing trends of how customers base their buying criteria. This allows Carey to work closely with TMCs to deliver a co-ordinated approach in order to satisfy client need.

On a global level, Carey is a long standing member of GBTA – Global Business Travel Association. This allows Carey to reinforce not only it’s commitment to the Travel sector on a global basis, but confirms our status as the global leader in our industry as well as allowing us to showcase the consistent service levels across the globe.

All this commitment to the Travel Industry helps Carey work more closely with the TMCs and as such allows us to provide services for over 80% of the Top 50 TMCs through either preferred supplier agreements or via agreements with leading travel corsortia.
