Niki Yazdanian is Vice President, Global Brand Marketing at Carey International, bringing over 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development across the luxury mobility, travel, property and hospitality sectors. She is recognised for building high-value partnerships, shaping brand strategy and driving sustained revenue growth.
Since joining Carey in 2012, Niki has led national sales and brand initiatives, delivering consistent growth and strengthening Carey’s position as the trusted partner for leading global corporations. Earlier in her career, Niki held senior sales roles at London Linen Supply, where she secured multi-site contracts with national hotel and restaurant chains, and at Sinclairs Estate Agency, where she marketed and sold high-value residential and commercial real estate across London.
Niki holds a BA (Hons) in Event Management and Marketing from Leeds Beckett University and graduated with First Class Honours. She is fluent in English and Persian.
Hanady Elbehiry Originally from Egypt, Hanady Elbehiry moved to the U.S. 10 years ago and has been a Carey chauffeur for the past two. Before joining Carey, she spent eight years driving for Uber and previously worked with taxi and black car services. A friend in the insurance business recognized her professionalism and encouraged her to apply to Carey—she was accepted right away. Armando Brown A former professional photojournalist with 15 years of experience in the newspaper industry, Armando Brown joined Carey in early 2022 after losing his mother, whom he had cared for full-time. While searching for Super Bowl LVI jobs in Los Angeles, he came across an opportunity with Carey Limousine. What began as a one-week temporary position turned into a full-time career he loves. Armando brings passion, reliability, and service excellence to every ride, and values Carey’s first-class culture and professionalism. When he’s not behind the wheel, you’ll find him tending to his garden, riding his vintage BMX bike, or watching college football and Seinfeld reruns.
Miguel Lopez joined Carey in February 2023 after spending more than 15 years in customer service and hospitality. Inspired to grow beyond his comfort zone after the pandemic, he saw chauffeuring as an opportunity to expand his skills and connect with others. He brings passion, discipline, and empathy to his work—values shaped by a lifelong love of soccer. Every year, Miguel and his wife travel to his hometown in Oaxaca, Mexico to donate supplies and bring joy to local children. German Cayton Originally from Manila, Philippines, German Cayton began his career in hospitality at the Century Plaza in Beverly Hills before relocating to San Francisco. He joined Carey over two decades ago through a friend’s referral, starting as a greeter before moving into a chauffeur role after Carey transitioned to a house fleet. German values Carey’s supportive management and friendly culture, noting how his skills have been nurtured throughout the years. He takes great pride in the Carey uniform, having once driven the Saudi Minister of Oil for over ten days—a client who personally thanked him with a handwritten note. Outside of work, German enjoys target shooting, hunting, travel, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Mario Flores emigrated from El Salvador in 1976 and built a successful career in the oil industry before transitioning into the chauffeuring profession. After a decade driving corporate executives in the Bay Area, he joined Carey in 2011, drawn by the company’s professional culture and competitive benefits. Nearly 13 years later, Mario remains passionate about delivering exceptional service, believing that great chauffeurs lead with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine care for others. He loves long drives, connecting with people, and creating positive experiences for every passenger. Aristoteles Gonzalez-Karras has been a chauffeur with Carey for over a year, bringing with him a diverse background in restaurant management and logistics. Originally from Mexico and now based in Irving, TX, Aristotle previously drove for AJL Limo, Lyft, and Amazon contractors. He joined Carey after hearing glowing reviews from fellow drivers at DFW Airport. Kimberlina Jackson brings over 25 years of experience in banking and corporate administration to her role at Carey. Known for her calm presence and attention to detail, Kimberlina once helped a client navigate gridlocked traffic with such poise that they booked her again the next day. Dan Susa Born in Romania and now based in the Chicago suburbs, Dan Susa has been a trusted Carey chauffeur for nearly two decades. After earning a degree in Physical Education and working at a university in Romania, Dan moved to the U.S. in 2002 and transitioned into chauffeuring. He joined Carey in 2005, drawn by its professionalism and high standards. Joven Bello Originally from El Salvador, Juan De Dios Gomez Martinez moved to the U.S. at age 23 in search of a better future. Now living in Crockett, CA, Juan has built a life centered around his family—his wife, three daughters, and four grandchildren. He began his career delivering packages for California Overnight before transitioning into chauffeuring in 2008. After four years with another company, Juan joined Carey in 2012 when the opportunity arose, drawn by its reputation for professionalism and excellence. He’s been with Carey ever since. Noman Ali Originally from Pakistan, Noman Ali moved to the U.S. in 2016 and now lives in East Elmhurst, Queens with his wife and infant daughter. With a degree in Information Technology, Noman was encouraged by friends in the industry to consider chauffeuring—and he quickly found his stride as a Carey owner-operator. He values the freedom of being his own boss and takes pride in working with Carey’s knowledgeable team and high-caliber clientele. Muhammad Bilal Originally from Pakistan, Muhammad Bilal moved to New York City in 1993 and now lives in Valley Stream, Long Island. He studied business and worked in industrial equipment sales before relocating to the U.S., where his family opened a small pizza stand near JFK Airport. There, frequent conversations with chauffeurs—especially one from Carey—sparked his interest in the industry. After a few years with a black car service, Muhammad joined Carey and found a new passion for luxury transportation. He appreciates the professionalism, flexibility, and family-like atmosphere Carey offers, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to clients across NYC. Muhammad is known for his punctuality and has often been handpicked for high-profile assignments. Mohamed Akkam Originally from Egypt, Mohammad Awais has been a Carey chauffeur for five years. He began his career as a part-time driver for another company, but after that company relocated, friends pointed him toward Carey. What stood out to him immediately was the support—“I don’t feel like I’m just a number on a screen,” he says. Mohammad appreciates Carey’s professionalism, the quality of its clientele, and the flexibility it offers, especially during times when his family needs him most. Outside of work, Mohammad is a passionate writer and poet, and even authored a book about the history of his home country, Pakistan. Michel “Eddie” Guerrier Originally from Haiti, Eddie moved to the U.S. in 1969 at the age of 16 to join his parents after completing high school. After studying theater briefly, he began driving for a black car service before setting his sights on Carey—the gold standard in chauffeured transportation. Referred by a friend and recognized immediately for his potential, Eddie became a Carey Independent Operator and quickly found his stride.
Today, he proudly serves as the regular chauffeur for one of the country’s top morning show personalities. Eddie values the consistency and respect that come with his role, and he finds joy in being requested again by satisfied clients. Known for his distinguished appearance and professional pride, Eddie believes the Carey uniform carries a level of distinction unmatched by any other company.
Outside of work, he’s a great-grandfather who treasures time with his 1-year-old great-grandson, enjoys working on classic Mercedes-Benz cars, and has been a dedicated Knicks fan since 1973.
Jaspreet Singh Originally from India, Jaspreet Singh moved to Astoria, Queens in 2007 after completing a BA in Economics. He was managing a towing company when his uncle—an Independent Operator in Carey’s Stamford office—encouraged him to apply. Jaspreet joined Carey in 2016, drawn to the structure and reputation of the company. He immediately appreciated the independence that came with owning his own luxury vehicle and setting his own schedule. Known for his attention to detail and dedication to quality, Jaspreet takes pride in representing Carey’s image of excellence. He enjoys working with respectful, high-end clients and values the support of Carey’s staff. In his spare time, he directs amateur Bollywood music videos and loves to go fishing on Long Island.
Harchajanjeet Singh Originally from Punjab, India, Harchajanjeet Singh moved to the U.S. in 2001 after completing high school. He began his career in the fast food industry, where a customer encouraged him to explore transportation. After gaining experience with a black car service, Singh was drawn to the elevated standards of Carey and officially joined as a chauffeur seven years ago. As an independent operator, he appreciates the flexibility and professionalism that Carey offers. Ritu Pinisetti is Chief of Staff at Carey International, where she supports the CEO and executive team on strategy, corporate development, and organizational transformation.
Ritu brings experience in consulting, investment advisory, and corporate finance across India and the United States. She began her career at Deloitte, supporting Fortune 500 clients on compliance and operational improvement initiatives. She later joined Sattva Consulting, where she designed financial and operational models for more than $16 million in strategic investments and launched workforce programs reaching over 3 million workers.
Most recently, Ritu served as an Investment Associate with CapShift, conducting diligence on opportunities across artificial intelligence, healthcare, and consumer sectors. Her background spans both advisory and operator roles, giving her a unique perspective on scaling organizations through data-driven decision making and financial discipline.
Ritu holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Ron Hoye is the President of Meetings and Events at Carey International, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s meetings and events business. He is focused on maintaining Carey’s reputation for service excellence while driving the rapid expansion of this premier business unit.
During his 27 years with Carey, Ron has held a variety of leadership roles across the company’s U.S. operations. He has served as Vice President and General Manager of Carey DC and South Florida, Regional Vice President of the East Region, President of Carey Chicago, and most recently as Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations.
In addition to his leadership roles, Ron has managed transportation logistics for many of the world’s highest-profile events, including 18 Super Bowls, NBA All-Star Games, IMF–World Bank Annual Meetings, and White House Correspondents’ Dinners.
Greg Mendoza is the Regional Vice President of International Operations at Carey International, where he oversees service delivery and operational excellence across the company’s worldwide network. Since his appointment in 2013, he has led Carey’s international business, ensuring consistency of standards and client experience across global markets.
Greg joined Carey in 2004 following the acquisition of Avis Prestige’s chauffeur drive business in London. Initially responsible for business development, he played a key role in integrating the two organizations and aligning their operations. In 2005, he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager, where he led Carey UK through a period of substantial growth and strengthened the brand’s reputation for industry-leading service.
He began his career in the car rental industry, managing major locations for Alamo Rent a Car at Heathrow, Central London, and Manchester. This customer-facing experience shaped his strong client-focused leadership style, which has been a hallmark of his career.
Eric Powell is the Regional Vice President for Carey International’s Central Region, overseeing operations, sales, and service delivery across one of the company’s most dynamic markets. Since his appointment in 2021, he has guided the region through the post-pandemic recovery, stabilizing operations while elevating service standards.
Prior to this role, Eric served as Vice President and General Manager for Carey Dallas, where he strengthened local operations and developed key client relationships. He previously held leadership roles in Carey’s Indianapolis operation, including Director of Operations and Reservations Supervisor. During this time, he was recognized by a destination management company for outstanding customer service, reflecting his commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Eric began his career in 2001 as General Manager of Classic Touch Limousine in Indiana, where he oversaw daily operations, cultivated long-term client relationships, and led a team focused on premium service delivery. He joined Carey International in 2010, bringing nearly a decade of proven leadership and operational expertise that has fueled his continued success within the company.
Eric holds a degree from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music. Fluent in Spanish, he lived in Mexico City for four years, where he performed with the Orquesta del Estado de México under Maestro Enrique Bátiz.
Luis Galindo is the Regional Vice President for Carey International’s West Region, overseeing operations and sales across California and Mexico. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in transportation solutions to this role.
Luis joined Carey in 2006 as Vice President and General Manager of San Francisco, where he led operations, fleet, HR, and safety. His leadership helped strengthen Carey’s presence in one of its most competitive markets and positioned him for broader regional responsibility. In 2014 Luis was promoted to Regional Vice President, overseeing the Carey Operations in Indinapolis, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco and in 2016, Luis launched the Carey Houston Operation.
Before joining Carey, Luis held senior leadership roles in global transportation and logistics. He served as a Senior Manager for FedEx, where he gained deep expertise in operational efficiency and service reliability, and later as Regional Vice President for Brinks’ Incorporated Pacific Region, overseeing security logistics across a wide geography.
Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University’s School of Business.
Jeff Fralick is the Regional Vice President of Carey International’s East Region. In his previous role as General Manager of New York, he led our largest subsidiary through the post-pandemic recovery, implementing strategies that stabilized the business and elevated service standards.
Approaching three decades in the transportation industry, Jeff has built a distinguished career rooted in operational excellence and strategic leadership. He began his career at CSX Railroad as an Operations and Dispatch Supervisor, later rising to Fleet Manager, where he gained critical experience in trucking logistics and large-scale transportation management.
In 2004, Jeff transitioned into luxury ground transportation, applying his logistics expertise to a service-driven industry. He went on to lead Carey’s Kansas City franchise as General Manager, where he strengthened operations and client service. His success in that role paved the way for his leadership of Carey New York, the company’s flagship market.
Known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to service quality, Jeff continues to drive operational improvements while ensuring Carey’s clients receive world-class experiences.
Damon Peters is the Regional Vice President for Carey International’s Southern Region, a role he has held since 2021. He is responsible for overseeing operations, sales, and service delivery across one of Carey’s largest markets.
Damon brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the service industry, with a focus on operations management, sales development, process improvement, and system design. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled organizations by creating sustainable systems and people-focused cultures that continue to drive performance long after his tenure.
Before entering the business world, Damon honorably served in the United States Air Force, an experience that shaped his disciplined, mission-driven approach to leadership. His background in both military and civilian service industries has given him a unique ability to combine operational rigor with a deep commitment to team development.
Damon is passionate about building high-performing teams and believes that developing people is the most important driver of long-term business success.
He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Nathaniel Wilson is the General Counsel of Carey International, where he oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for the company. Since joining Carey in 2006, he has served as one of the company’s most trusted advisors, advancing through senior legal roles and guiding the organization on contracts, compliance, insurance, and regulatory oversight.
A transportation and logistics legal strategist, Nathaniel has supported Carey’s most high-profile events and clients, ensuring their journeys are seamless, safe, and confidential. He is known for turning complex legal and regulatory challenges into practical, business-minded solutions that support the company’s growth and operations worldwide.
Before joining Carey, Nathaniel worked in the financial institutions group of a prominent law firm and served as a law clerk for a Fortune 100 bank. His background in financial services law gave him a strong foundation in risk management, compliance, and transactional work, which he has carried into the transportation and mobility sector.
Nathaniel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the Virginia Bar.
Martin Key is the Chief Development Officer at Carey International, where he leads strategic initiatives and partnerships, oversees mergers and acquisitions, and guides the company’s business model innovation and market expansion.
Martin brings more than 20 years of multinational experience in finance, private equity, and investment banking. He began his career in J.P. Morgan’s Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group, executing over 90 transactions totaling $125 billion across the insurance, healthcare, consumer, and technology sectors. He later transitioned to private equity, joining ARC China in Shanghai, where he rose to Executive Director and managed more than $100 million in growth equity investments across nine companies.
Martin went on to serve as CFO of Cachet Hotels & Resorts, where he supported the company’s expansion across Asia and North America. He has since held senior executive roles in both hospitality and e-commerce, building a track record of driving growth in dynamic, cross-border markets.
A seasoned finance leader with deep transactional expertise, Martin is focused on positioning Carey for sustainable growth through disciplined capital allocation, strategic planning, and innovation.
He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Georgia Grover is the Chief Financial Officer at Carey International, where she oversees all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, treasury, and risk management. Appointed CFO in 2020, she plays a key role in guiding the company’s long-term growth and stability.
Georgia brings more than two decades of experience in financial operations, internal controls, and business strategy. She began her career as an auditor at a regional CPA firm in Washington, D.C., before moving into leadership roles at a global, publicly traded biotechnology company.
She joined Carey International in 2006 as Assistant Controller and advanced steadily through finance leadership roles, serving as Vice President, Corporate Controller, before being appointed Chief Financial Officer. Her track record reflects both technical expertise and strong leadership, qualities that have helped strengthen Carey’s financial foundation and resilience.
A Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Maryland, Georgia combines rigorous financial discipline with a deep understanding of the company’s operations and strategy.
She is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Alexander Mirza is the CEO of Carey International and was appointed in 2025 to lead the company’s strategic, operational, and financial transformation.
Alex was previously Co-Founder and CEO of Cachet Hotels in Shanghai, where he scaled one of the first foreign-founded lifestyle hotel groups in China. Under his leadership, the company launched 10 hotels and restaurants across Asia and the Americas, raised several rounds of capital, and built China’s first carbon-neutral hotel. He later co-founded Mogul Hospitality, a venture-backed technology company recognized as a top global travel tech start-up for its AI-powered talent marketplace. Earlier in his career, Alex served as SVP of Operations at Hilton Worldwide, where he revamped a $2 billion food and beverage business, integrated Hilton International, and launched the Waldorf Astoria luxury brand. He also held senior roles at Starwood Hotels, reporting directly to the CEO and CFO as Head of Strategy, and at Caesars Entertainment as Chief of Staff to the Chairman and SVP of Hospitality, where he led hotel, restaurant, and nightlife developments including Nobu Hotel and Gordon Ramsay restaurants.

A former competitive tennis player, Alex grew up in Canada and worked frontline retail jobs through school, experiences that shaped his belief in the lifelong value of customer service and teamwork.
He earned degrees in economics and political science from Queen’s University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sahar’s entrepreneurial track record includes building SaaS solutions for the hospitality sector, where she helped launch and scale an AI-driven platform that grew to more than 1.7 million users and was adopted by Fortune 500 clients. As CTO of Mogul Hotels, she spearheaded innovations that set new benchmarks in hospitality technology, proving her ability to bridge complex engineering with customer-centric design.
